Spetisbury in Dorset Since it's redundancy, Keynston Mill has now become a private residence. Like the Mill House across the valley at Spetisbury, The Stour Valley Way passes immediately by it. The giant Wisteria plants that cling to the building, add to the general character of the place. Spetisbury in Dorset The mill race at Keynston, fed by the adjacent river Stour, no longer powers the mill and is allowed to flow quietly by, to rejoin it's host fifty yards down stream. On the opposite side of the valley to Spetisbury and connected directly by the Stour Valley Way is Keynston Mill.
