The Octagonal burial chamber, West Kennett Long Barrow, Avebury, Wiltshire Within the long barrow are three burial chambers. Two are side passages, with the main chamber being the Octagonal burial chamber; which is approx 7½ft high. Evidence of approx 46 burials were found from excavations.
