Vault (or Bow) Beach, south of Gorran Haven is rather wild. As yo have to walk a longish path from Gorran Haven or down from the NT car park it is not crowded. As it is east-facing the beach gets dark while it is still warm - great for BBQs. There is an informal naturist area at the far (south) end of the beach.

Great Perhaver Beach, north of Gorran Haven can only be reached from the sea so it is wonderfully deserted. You can swim around from Little Perhaver at low tide (or go by boat)

Little Perhaver Beach, north of Gorran Haven (from steps). At low tide you can walk round from Gorran Haven on the sand, otherwise there is a path and steep steps down to the beach.
