Bracebridge Heath, Lincolnshire The War memorial at Bracebridge Heath, Lincolnshire, is tucked away beneath the trees at the junction of the Grantham & Sleaford Roads. Although Bracebridge Heath would only have had a small population at the time of World War I the memorial honours the 15 men who lost their lives in the conflict with the following words. In the Glorious Memory of the men from Bracebridge Heath who lost their lives in the Great War, 1914-1918, faithful unto death.
