Holland Park, London. Japanese (Kyoto) garden. This garden was created by Japanese businesses connected with Kensington, and is a change from the normal 'park' gardens. At any time of the year the garden presents a wide range of colours.

Holland Park, London. Sculptured Fountain. Holland Park has a number of sculptures of which this is one, apparently it is illuminated at night, however, the park closes at sunset, so I'm not quite sure who sees this!

A picture of Holland Park

Holland Park, London - an unsuccessful building built on part of the park, this is the Commonwealth centre, closed about 3 years ago and now the centre of a wrangle between the Commonwealth Secretariat, HM Government, and Kensington Council. The lack of maintenance is starting to show around the building while everyone decides what to do with it (or the site). How about returning it to Holland Park?

Holland Park, London. A View of the remains of the House. It was bombed and set on fire in World War II, and only one wing, which is now used as a Youth Hostel, survives. Plays take place in the forecourt in the Summer.
