This house on Palace Street has two gargoyles supporting the third floor. They are each side of the front elevation, the left is a male devil and the right is a female devil.

An interesting carving, one of a pair, that hold up the third floor of a private house in Palace Street, Canterbury. It supposedly shows a female devil whilst the twin carving shows a male devil.

A cottage in Kent
