The Church of St. Mary and St. Edburga, Stratton Audley The Church of St. Mary and St. Edburga dates from the 12th century. It was largely rebuilt in the 13th and 14th centuries and the Decorated Gothic bell tower was added late in the 14th century. In the churchyard is a large tomb with memorials to John Blundell Leigh and his family. John Blundell Leigh lived in the manor house in the early part of the 20th century.
