Ipsden, Oxfordshire Braziers Park was built in 1799 for Admiral Isaac Manley who had started his career in the navy sailing around the world with Capt. Cook. It was purchased in 1906 by Valentine Fleming MP who added a playroom for his two sons, Peter and Ian ( who would later be the creator of James Bond of course). For many years it has become a commune for adult education in various capacities and the arts. It has appeared in two episodes of Midsomer Murders and An Unsuitable Job For A Woman (1997).
