These large dragonflies are difficult to photograph as they are constantly on the wing. This particular one was very kind and settled for a short while.

Six spot burnet......zygaena filipendulae

One of the more common day flying burnet moths, this one was seen on the fringe of one of the ponds at the wetlands.
