The Round Church in Cambridge The Church of the Holy Sepulchre (Round Church) Cambridge The west front of the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, Cambridge known as the Round Church situated on the corner of Round Church and Bridge Streets. It was built around 1130 AD and inspired by the rotunda of the Holy Sepulchre in Jerusalem. It is in the Gothic Revival Style of Architecture. This Round Church is one of only 4 round Churches still in use in England. Photo taken by my son during a recent visit to England. The Great Gate, Trinity College, Cambridge Trinity College in Cambridge was formed by Henry VIII in 1546 by combining two other colleges and various hostels! This is the Great Gate which is the main entrance into Trinity College, which unfortunately was closed on the day my son visited there.
