At the battle of Trafalgar, HMS Victory carried thirty 32-pounder guns, twenty-eight 24-pounder guns, forty-four 12-pounder guns and two 68-pounder carronades. Thats a total of 104 guns capable of firing a broadside of 1,148 pounds of shot. At the beginning of the battle all her guns apart from the carronades were treble-shotted unleashing 1.5 tons of iron at the enemy!
