Skipton, North Yorkshire Holy Trinity Church, Skipton. These panes of stained glass are found in the North Chapel window. The panes all show bible references. The left hand pane relates to Luke 8:48 - 'Then he said to her, daughter, your faith has healed you. Go in peace.' The centre pane relates to 1 Peter 1:3 - 'In his great mercy he has given us new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead.' Skipton, North Yorkshire Holy Trinity Church, Skipton. Holy Trinity dominates the top of High Street, Skipton. The present Church dates from 1300 with later additions. The building was damaged during the Civil War and was restored in the 1650s with the help of Lady Anne Clifford of Skipton Castle whose father's tomb is in the Church.
