Port Logan, Dumfries & Galloway Port Logan is a small coastal village in the Rhins of Galloway, Wigtownshire. The village was created by the Laird of Logan in 1818, also building the quay and bell tower from a design by Thomas Telford. Nearby are the Logan Fish Pond and Logan Botanic Garden.
