The Ice Cream Maker

Just outside of St. Keverne you can find the farm and site where Roskilly's famous ice cream is made. The complex is open to the public can visit, one can see many animals, some of the area where the ice cream products are made,go on various countryside walks and nature trails and then visit the "Croust House" resturant and partake of the said ice cream.

Thomas Flamank and Michael an Gof (1497)

These 2 men led the Cornish rebellion of 1497. After a battle at Guildown near Guildford Surrey the rebellion finally were defeated by the King's forces at Blackheath, South London. Thomas and Michael were hung drawn and quartered.
