Looks like someone is stocked up for the winter. I missed out at this spot with another gate-latch photo, I was so busy getting this shot I forgot to take the gate I had just gone through. Therefore just imagine a small swing gate attached to a main entrance gate and attached to a farm building on the other side and far from being in good condition and secured by a very old piece of heavy string- would have been a good shot too.

On my way back towards the other 'right of way' across the runway I came across this 'past it's sell by date' building and had to record it for posterity.

Elm Corner

The lane between the two rights of way to the north of Wisley airfield feels very cut off and in the middle of nowhere (I saw no-one whilst there) but half way along there is one (very) isolated road off of the lane which looked residential. For all this isolation the A3 is less than half a mile running parallel.

Wisley Airfield

Part of the remains of Wisley airfield. Now private land save for to crossing points marked by crash barriers across the runway marking two public rights of way .

That's not coming this way, is it?

Looks like an old bi-plane is heading for the runway I am standing in the middle of! Worry Ye not, it is a model plane being flown at the end of the runway, I think - I hope !
