Oxenford Farm. Just happened to drive past and this really caught my eye, the scene with the old buildings and the pond was just - so English. A bit of research tells that originally this was the site of a ley farm for Waverly Abbey in the 12th century. Some of the buildings seen here ( I believe some are listed as well ) were built in 1840 by Augustus Pugin. The farm today is famous for it's christmas trees.
