Standing tall

This is in dovedale following the path to milldale but on the opposite bank of the river it is possible to reach this large rock and actually climb up and past it to meet a path at the tree line

River view

This is a shot of the river running from milldale to dovedale, it is usual to see a heron and dipper along this river as we did when we visited last saturday
