mummy detail Leicester Museum Painted on a mummies tomb. The dogheaded god shown here is Anubis. He appears to be putting the heart liver etc of the dead person into seperate canopic jars, which was standard practice for the Ancient Egyptians. If anyone knows better please tell me. mummys case Mummys case in New Walk Museum, Leicester. This has rather large ears. The Egyptian Room there has very poor light and the exhibits are behind glass which has reflected lights etc. Its a bit of a photographers nightmare. detail on a mummys tomb At Leicester museum. They have a very intereresting Ancient Egyptian room full of mummies etc buts its a pig to get good photos because its very dark. You need iso setiing of 800 and your min aperture value which is usually around 2.8 3.5 or so is and then still hold your camera rock steady. This picture appears in the following picture tour: |
