At Whitwell (creek?), Rutland Water. There used to be free parking there so it appealed to me. No idea if its still free. The shutter on the camera was sticking a bit and this photo is dark to one side. Taken circa 1991 on an autumnal day.

Rutland Water near Upper Hambleton

This is the part that sticks out like out a tongue into the reservoir if you look on a map. Its quite hilly and steep in places.
