Well, you need to post us some pictures, George.  There are only 2 on here and this is one of them.

Does the weather you get there originate in the US?  I knew that hurricanes sometimes make it over there, but I didn't think other storms did.  I thought the weather that hits Britain originated in the "pond."

Today's exchange rate:

292,626.88 USD

This is a good currency exchange site:  http://www.xe.com/ucc/

The lb. is still pretty favorable against the dollar.  This might be your year to travel, George.  Smile

I just noticed that the figure I cut and pasted with the amont of US dollard didn't post, George.  It was something like $292,000 and some odd $.  I think the vacation spots you have lined up for this year are just perfect.  Scotland's high on our list.  Weather wise, it seems the spring months are the driest over there, aren't they?

Well, I just looked up the Edinburgh Tatoo and it's some kind of great looking festival.  Tatoo must have something other that the traditional meaning, I reckon, like so many of words over there?  lol

Just to keep on topic, hope the weather's fine for the the tatoo....Cool

Wow, that was amazing, George.  I would love to see that.  The most authentic bagpiping I've ever heard.  Towards the end of the video, where it's just the drums, the beat reminds me of Irish step dancing.  Must be that Celtic influence.  Smile
