Hi again   had two lots of visitors to-day which have slowed us down a bit--on the brighter side i have been contacted by a long lost 2nd cousin whom i have never met --i met his parents about 20 yrs ago but didnt meet him even though he lived quite near to me our paths never crossed.

He contacted me through Ancestry and arranging to meet in March on one of his visits up North.Smile

That sounds like a good result James. I own the plots for 5 graves in a town called Big Timber in Montana, I'm struggling to find if I've still got any living relatives over there who can point me to where they are. Goodness knows what my Great Uncle was thinking when he made his will Undecided

Its surprising what you "dig up"when researching family history--an aunt of mine told me a lot a few years ago --i only wish she was alive to see what has really surfaced --in fact if the people she told me about were still alive - what a laugh that wouldd beSmile

It is James, must have been an unusual person to leave someone graves, being Montana they could cover acres of land.
