Henry I Memorial

This Memorial is found in Forbury Gardens close to the ruins of Reading Abbey built by Henry I and it is the site of his burial. The Abbey remains are sparse and in poor repair, a lot of the grounds are closed and locked up until the remains can be made safe.

It will be nice when the grounds are made safe so that they can be enjoyed once again.
