Trelissick Bonsai Display

This is the fourth time we have stayed at Trelissick and the second time our stay coincided with the Cornwall Bonsai Society holding their annual display. I like looking at bonsai so had to have a look see and there were many fine exhibits. As an example here is one display showing a number of plants on one stand. The theme for this years show was "Bonsai in the Cornish Landscape" and that is where my avatar came from , it shows a windswept Hawthorn bonsai displayed in front of a painting of the engine house at the Towanroath shaft of Wheal Coates near St. Agnes. Well Ijust had to take that shot. Anyway enjoy the beauty of the bonsai in front of you.
