Slayleigh B&B, Matlock is within walking distance of Matlock a former spa village in the Peak District. Free WiFi is offered throughout the property and free private parking is available on site. Bed and Breakfast rooms have a private en suite, a king size bed, a flat-screen TV with a DVD player and a selection of films. A welcome tray with tea, coffee, hot chocolate, water, fresh milk and biscuits is provided. Additional amenities include a small wine fridge, towels, free toiletries and a hair dryer. Bed and Breakfast guests can enjoy breakfast in the morning, which is available from 7 am onward. Within 1 mi of the property, guests will find a selection of vintage shops, pubs and restaurants. Popular local activities include walking along the river Derwent, and visiting the caves and cable cars at Matlock Bath, just 3 miles from Slayleigh B&B, Matlock. Guests can also make use of the nearby boating lake and park. Gullivers Kingdom is just a 10-minute drive, while Bakewell and Chatsworth House can be reached within 14 minutes by car. Buxton and Castleton are a 35 minute drive from the property. The nearest airport is East Midlands Airport, 36 miles from Slayleigh B&B, Matlock. Guests may be able to hire the hot tub at an additional cost dependent on availability. Please note: { Our Bed and Breakfast is strictly Adults only!} while our Holiday Home is available for 6 guests inclusive of any well behaved children. A small welcome pack is provided in the Holiday Villa. Please note all bedrooms are on upper floors via steep stairs and there are steps to the garden and high viewing terrace so may be unsuitable for disabilities and smaller children. Strictly no pets.
