About Railway Cottage

Railway Cottage is the perfect location for a holiday or short break on the Dorset coast. We are ideally located in Swanage, less than 5 minute's level walk from the beach, bus service, the famous Swanage steam railway and the town center. 5.5 miles from Corfe Castle. We are a room only guest house and do not supply breakfast - our prices reflect this. All rooms are ensuite with fridge and tea & coffee facilities. There is a key system which allows you to check in and out at your own convenience (1pm check in/10.30am check out) You will receive a text in the week prior to your stay with all the check in information. Dogs are more than welcome. Our rooms are on a self catering basis so we will not enter your room over your stay. We provide washing up liquid/tea towels etc so that you can refresh your tea cups if needed. We no longer have parking. Payment will be taken from your card details we have over your stay - no need to pay us directly.
