3/6 and that's an Order!

Doesn't seem that long ago to me that these 'Postal Orders' were available at the Post Office. In fact they may still be available in decimal currency, but these are for 3/6d each. Are you old enough to remember them?

Just about old enough Ron, I remember getting Postal Orders for Christmas when I was young.

I remember them well, like Ruth said, always got them for Christmas or Birthdays, but only small amounts of money
