I am not as tall as I should be !

Well the stem has produced a bud to turn into a sunflower albeit rather late in the season. Problem is the stem is about 3 foot high and other sunflower heads that have opened are only about 3 inches across whereas I was expecting stems taller than the 6 foot fence and heads over 6 inches wide- oh well, at least it has grown as all the other seeds sown not in this pot did not do a thing.
