Follow the Steps

A rare moment without anyone on the stepping stones, this is a very popular spot and even in midweek there was a shortage of spaces in the nearby car park. The stones cross the River Mole near to the A24 at Westhumble where walkers can carry on and climb to the top of Box Hill.

Nice angle Vince. Last stepping stones I attempted I ended up knee deep in freezing water coming out of frozen Easedale Tarn back in December.....happy days!!!
