Open daily from 10AM to 5PM, this treasure trove of woodland, water, and childrens play areas is the last remaining corner of the ancient forest of Selwood. The 80 acres of woodland is fanatastic for families, with adventure playgrounds, a play trail, a covered play area for the under 6's, picnic areas, a gift shop, cafe, heritage centre and Narrow Gauge Railway (mainly weekends and school holidays) this country park offers a fantastic day out for all the family. There is a no cycling policy within the grounds but well behaved dogs are welcome.
