The Steamboat public house at Trent Lock, Sawley, Derbyshire

Large, two roomed canalside pub. Apart from five real ales it also serves two real ciders. Popular during the day with bikes, hikers, river users and dog walkers. This pub also serves food in the lounge/restaurant. Located at the junction of the River Trent/Soar and Erewash canal the front patio allows good and relaxed views of passing narrowboats and pleasure cruisers. A small site at the rear is set aside for passing campers.
