Britwell House, Britwell Salome

Britwell House was built in 1728 for Sir Edward Simeon, a director of the Bank of England. It is Grade II listed.

Thank you, Chris and Sarah, for your kind comments. Yes, the view can be stunning looking over the Oxfordshire plain from here. If one takes different viewing angle (a few degrees east of this view) it is usually possible to see the 'Dreaming Spires' of Oxford (about 14 miles away), also the TV mast at Beckley and the windmill at Wheatley on a clear day.
