Nestled in a peaceful riverside location in Betws-y-Coed, in the Snowdonia National Park, The Courthouse provides bed and breakfast accommodations, free WiFi and free parking. Originally a Victorian police station and courthouse, the property has been tastefully converted into a 4-star Guest house. All the rooms are individual with their own character and themed decor All feature king-size or super king-size beds, private bathroom or shower rooms, flat-screen TVs with Freeview channels and tea/coffee making facilities. Some have views across the River Conwy and the hills beyond. Breakfast is served every morning in the garden room, and is prepared with fresh local ingredients. A wide choice is available with fresh fruit salad every morning and vegetarian options. Packed lunches can also be provided. A special feature of The Courthouse is the beautiful garden beside the River Conwy where guests can relax and unwind. Clothes dying and bike storage facilities are also available. The center of Betws-y-Coed is just 3 minutes' walk from the Courthouse. and the Betws-y-Coed Railway Station is just 150 feet from the property's car park. There are some lovely walks from the village and the mountains of Snowdonia, with Snowdon itself just 15 minute's drive away. The spectacular Swallow Falls is just 2 miles away, while Conwy and Caernarfon castles are both within 15 miles. The coast can be reached in 30 minutes by car.
