That's worrying, alarming and unbelievable that the authorities appear to be doing nothing about it Ian! Can't understand why we give so much away to so-called third world countries, yet are unable to resolve our own problems. Maybe the local council needs a letter or petition from POE'rs? What do you think Ian?
