If you really, really need it you'd be very welcome to some of our N E England rain.  We're back to showers every day. Today feels very wintry, and we haven't even had a Summer yet!

I remember how gray the days can get over there, and how awful it was when it rained day in and day out, but here, the land is so parched, so dry, rain, when it comes down nice and steady is such a blessing, but so short lived.

It's a gray day here today - but it's 79° and the air is still.  Perfect!  Chance of showers with wind tomorrow.  The last time we had a day that didn't reach 80° was probably in May, so we're ready for the cool down.

Thinking about it, what would we Brits have to moan and talk about if the weather was the same all the time, it's all part of living where we do Tongue out

It started to rain here in Norfolk yesterday afternoon and hasn’t stopped since, with rain forecast all day and flooding in many areas. What has happened to Autumn, we seem to of jumped from summer (if you can call that summer) to winter.
