Greetings All!

Did anyone in the UK happen to see any recent (in the past 2 or 3 weeks) episodes of BBC2's "Castle in the Country" featuring Berkeley Castle?  My friends and I visited Berkeley Castle in September 2007, and while we were there we were interviewed by a television crew regarding who we were, where we were from, and what we thought of the castle.  We were told they were filming a documentary type program for television.  When I received an e-mail from Berkeley Castle regarding upcoming events and news, I wondered if this was the show for which we were interviewed and whether our bit was included in the final version that aired.  There's no way of knowing how long, if ever, it will be before it might be aired here in the USA, so if anyone saw the Berkeley Castle episode and remembers an interview with three Americans (one of whom was me), I'd love to hear from you.  Thanks much!

Oh how exciting. I hope you were on there and I hope they show it soon on the over here. If you hear about it coming here, do let us know.

I've not seen it Barbara, but is that the one with John Craven hosting it?

Barbara - will look out for it - haven't seen it though. The BBC are very good - might be worth you contacting them - they might send you the episode. I did that when my eldest son was on Sky News - they sent me a copy of all the broadcasts and were so helpful.

Thanks for the tip, Stephanie.  I suppose if I waited long enough it would eventually be shown on BBC America or be picked up by one of our local PBS stations.  I do hope we didn't end up on the editing room floor!  We only had the nicest things to say about the castle.
