I've really been enjoying the "Waking the Dead" series. It's been showing on the PBS station here.

well, well~I see Americanisms have crept in...guy, gimmick, pussycat (mild and really sweet)  Well, blokes and birds, my favorites are older.  Absolutely Fabulous, Fawlty Towers, Danger UXB & Lilly on Masterpiece.  We had an American version of Life on Mars that my husband Lee and I loved~it was ended with a somewhat proper ending about 6 mo. later.  What a shame.

Krissy, I've been wanting to see that show for the longest time and I'll be darned if I missed it when it started. Lol. Hopefully they'll show it again.

I have been watching Hamish MacBeth. I wasn't sure about it after the first episode but as I've watched it I've come to enjoy it more and more.

Did any one here see "Cranford" and the "Return to Cranford" with Judi Dench when it was on? I loved those shows. :-)

It's been on in my area!! I think it started in the middle! I've missed a lot!! I love watching it!

I've never seen Hamish MacBeth! Masterpiece Mystery is showing a lot of Inspector Lewis now. Love that too!!!

I did see Cranford and Return to Cranford! I adore Judi Dench. I think I'll have to buy the series!!

I like Midsommer Murders and Vicar of Dibley.

I had a wonderful tour of where these two shows are/were filmed. Such great memories!

You couldn't pay me enough to watch that Ramsey man. Nobody would get away with talking to me the way he talks to his staff.

I've seen Cranford, Diana.  It's great.

Did anybody see Lost in Austen?  It's a 4-hr British TV show and it's really well done and funny.

Phil Silvers is funny, James, and some of the westerns are good, but the British stuff is far superior.
