You have to buy organic eggs over here in order to get the nice yellow yolks.

Battery fed chickens provide anemic yolks. It's worth the extra money to buy organic to get what you want.

Now I think I'll have a fried egg sandwich for breakfast. I like to have HP sauce with my egg (English bacon or English sausage) sandwiches, but I'm terribly allergic to HP sauce now  .

I grew up in the Oxford area, coppercat.

Salt, Pepper and Garlic spare ribs at the Peninsula Restaurant in George Street, Oxford along with Salt, Pepper and Garlic Prawns. If there is any place you know where they taste better, let me know. Fantaaaaaastic!!

Oh, did you say English foods? Well the Restaurant is in England, does that count?

James They are dumplings made with just SR Flour, pinch of salt mixed with water and put in boiling water wher they will simmer for 20 mins, I can't make them, mine always have hard centres, my Mums were lovely.

maybe this is a Suffolk/Norfolk type dumpling
