Chicken tikka masala; as sort of cross-cultural thing, a bit like chilli con carne in the US being a sort of cross dish. My mum's chilli was something else and one of her "secrets" was to leave it over night to re-heat the next day when it was twice as good as on the day it was cooked in her huge pot.
