Fight the fuel tax rip-off!

When VAT was temporarity reduced 2.1%, from 17.5% to 15%, Fuel Duty was increased so there'd be no saving on petrol or diesel fuel.

Has anyone read anywhere since VAT reverted back to 17.5%, that on the same day, Fuel Duty was reduced so the price of fuel wouldn't thus go up?  I can't find any mention of it anywhere.
