What about pen pals.

I Know pen pals are very old fashioned but im a sucker for originality.

Yes, pen palling is great fun!  If you scroll down thru all the threads, you'll find one called Postcard Swap.  A bunch of us have already signed on and sent and received cards.  The addresses are exchanged thru email.  Read thru it and see all of us who have signed on and contact them by email thru the "contact this user" link on POE.  I'll send you mine.
