Ha! I beat you to it Ruth.

I've just been reading the Getting Started thread I linked to above, and on second thoughts what POE is saying is not to get off topic as far as what forum you post in.

Oh well, we get on and off topic in a thread all the time, it's all part of the fun, as long as we keep to the right fourm (unless POE tells us different).

It gets back on track usually anyway, i do try to get it back on track before i leave!! well sometimes anyway, i do try to tidy the room and leave it how i found it!! Laughing

Guess I should have kept my mouth shut.

I thuoght that the east coast was five hours ahead of us, making Mountain time four hours as Mountain time is one hour ahead. Oh heck! I'm confussed  .

I couldn't work nights so I admire you for it Jason.

My hubby, like you, works swings, and that's even worse I think.

Hi Sue:  There are only 4 time zones in the continental US, but far eastern Canada is an hour later than the east coast.  So they would be 4 hours ahead of Pacific time.  Since you once lived in Canada, that might be what you were thinking.

That is cruel and unusual punishment Jason. In fact that should not be allowed. How many days off do you get in-between the 2 day, 2 night shifts (yes, we call that swings)?

My husband works two weeks of nights then two weeks of days, which is doable, at least the body can adjust a bit better.

I'm outraged on your (and others with such an awful shift) behalf     .
