Here most companies, including mine, have a use it or lose it policy; where you take your vacation during the year or you lose it at year's end. |

They clients never want to talk about them though when you ring them before Christmas! Terry's had an enforced 3 week Christmas holiday because they have no work but I'm hoping the break gets him better! The boys are so excited I'll be surprised if the decorations survive!!! For me Christmas is for them anyway and I am so lucky to have them and although I am working at least I am at home so I don't have to miss them!
