Playing their cards right should earn them some £2 million over the next year, and they aren't done with X Factor yet; the X Factor Tour to come should get them £180K to start with. Like other X Factor contestans, they're locked into a 4 month contract with S Cowell after the show finishes, when they'd need his permision to enter into any commercial deals, and they certainly seem to be waiting in the wings for these two.
