Our local school was closed for about a week although we were all managing to get around locally even it  was with some difficulty, so I assumed the school was suffering from either a heating or a frozen pipes problem, however I question a member of the school staff on the subject and I have to say I was told in no uncertain manner that the school was closed due to ice on the playgound. Well, well,well did I dream the fun we used to have at playtime sliding on every available bit of ice we could find not to mention snowball fights.
