What a tragic loss if it wasn't continued to be used as a recording studio/s. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/entertainment/8519706.stm Olympic Studios in Barnes,London mentioned is also where The Eagles got their country-rock sound developed and made early recordings there such as Take It Easy. But for me, Abbey Road is where one on my fav albums was recorded over several months by Pink Floyd----Dark Side Of The Moon. They should become a 'listed' site with a presevation order slapped on them to preserve the site for future visitors and genrations. The Studio should become a living museum.
