Hi everybody. No worries here. EARL has calmed to a category 3 and is only supposed to be causing some damage to the coastline. I hope it keeps weakening and they don't get much damage.

Ron, thanks for the POE prayers. I think it has worked considering the hurricane is downgrading!!

Good news, Cathy. We'll still want updates though, until it's all past and your definitely safe (until the next one, that is).

you should ask me that ron.

Oh - do you take pills to help you stay awake James?????????  LOLSmile

I am so glad that EARL has been downgraded - but still feel sad for the people on the coast, I do hope that it will not affect them badly.

EARL is now a Cat. 2 storm and hitting the coastline of Virginia, Maryland and Delaware at the moment. They are faring pretty well too. Here in Baltimore we are under heavy cloud cover so quite dark today but from the looks of radar I don't expect much participation. It sure is humid though! Yell

TS FIONA is way off the coast out in the ocean to stay there!!

Ron, your prayers are a blessing. Thank you for thinking of all of us near the coast. Smile

That's great news about Earl, Cathy.  I was worried about y'all.  I'm glad the winds are dying down - it was headed for Cape Cod and our Diana's not too far from the shore in Boston either.

Do those hurricanes that go up the eastern seaboard fizzle out in the north Atlantic, or do remnants of them hit the British Isles?
