On the news yesterday I heard the Sudanese leader talking about a split between North and South Sudan. I had wondered exactly who the money had gone to? Were they in the North or South? Is this another excuse to help arms purchasing? But you mentioned Oil Ron - so maybe they are "bribing" in plenty of time to get the lions share or beat competitive nations.
