Hello everyone

I haven't gone through the introduction as I have been here before but just had to reregister because silly me, I lost all the log in details. You might recall my husband and I returned from living in Australia 18 months ago. I know England is going through a lot of changes but it's so good to be back home. The countryside alone is wonderful, I never stop appreciating it. I love being home.

This is just a quick hello to say hope everyone is well. The photos are just beautiful as always. A really impressive advert for Britain.

Back soon

Nina

Thankyou! I'm just reading through some of the posts and catching up on what's new. Back soon.

PS. Did enjoy the white Christmas we've just had. Very different from 40 degrees in Queensland on Xmas day.

I don't think anyone does. At least you can put another layer on in England if it's cold. There is only so much you can take off when it's hot. I did struggle with the intense heat. Lovely to have seasons again. I should stop going on really but I really appreciate being home having lived overseas for 7 years. I know there's all kinds of politics going on but I don't care. I still think there's no place like home.

I'm from the Lake District so I've always been spoilt really. Been all over the world. Never found a more beautiful back yard anywhere.

Thankyou Anna and Ron. I wondered if I could talk to you about something. Could you PM me or do you have an email I could contact you on if it's no trouble?
