You only said "stringent measures" I was simply trying to ask you if you felt that a £33B railway would fit in your definition ? Or, if we are that rich then why do we need savage cutbacks ? Or, if we need his austerity years then where did he find £33B ? Or, do we want a reasonable NHS or a rather pointless train ? Or, why no complaints about past political threads ? Yes I am from the wrong side of the track (track !!). Thats me done. I started this thread. Well no, in a way I did not !! Had enough, quit, England meant too much to me.
