Right now, I am thinking of Howards "bit of fluff"(from "Last Of The Summer Wine") saying so many times,,,,"It never rains, but it pours"! |

Here in Genesee, we have had over 12 inches of rain in 4 days. Some areas have had up to 18 inches in a few days. We drove over to some places in our little town of Evergreen( 5 min. down the road) and so many places are under water, streets have caved in to the rivers, it is such a mess and so sad. There are over 1000 people un accounted for in the hardest hit areas..The water has split homes in two and some are gone forever, more than 1000 homes are destroyed....The sun is supposed to come out starting Tuesday... I hope the sun will shine sooner than later. |
